Implementation of a design strategy at 2020 Furniture Design<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The project of 2020 Design Furniture company consists of:<\/span><\/h4>
  1. conducting an audit and developing a design strategy.<\/span><\/li>
  2. conception, design, prototyping and testing of new innovative products\u00a0<\/span>products, which will result in the implementation of 4 new collections (a total of\u00a0<\/span>12 products) previously unproduced in the company. The products which\u00a0<\/span>will be introduced as a result of the project are a system of inclusive\u00a0<\/span>and innovative acoustic box furniture and acoustic panels,\u00a0<\/span>taking into account the needs of neurodiverse people.<\/span><\/li>
  3. marketing services necessary for the implementation of the\u00a0<\/span>design strategy.<\/span><\/li>
  4. the project also includes the purchase of new fixed assets \u2013 a vertical drilling\u00a0<\/span>centre and a panel saw.<\/span><\/li>
  5. expenses will be incurred for securing an advance payment.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Target groups:<\/span><\/h4>
    The beneficiary of the project is the company 2020 Furniture Design Sp. z o.o.\u00a0<\/span>and neuroatypical people.<\/span><\/div>

    Project objective:<\/span><\/h4>
    The aim of the project is to implement the developed design strategy.<\/span><\/div>

    Results, project outcomes:<\/span><\/h4>
    1. development of the company through implementation of product and business\u00a0<\/span>innovation;<\/span><\/li>
    2. gaining new target groups \u2013 neuroatypical persons;<\/span><\/li>
    3. possibility of expanding sales markets \u2013 entering Scandinavian, Polish and\u00a0<\/span>Germany;<\/span><\/li>
    4. increase in revenue of the company;<\/span><\/li>
    5. increase in employment \u2013 by 3 persons;<\/span><\/li>
    6. an increase in the competitiveness of the applicant\u2019s product offer \u2013 the\u00a0<\/span>introduction to\u00a0<\/span>sales of 12 new, innovative products;\u00a0<\/span>development of a comprehensive marketing strategy.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
      In addition, the inclusion of eco-design aspects in the project and ensuring\u00a0<\/span>accessibility for people with special needs (neuroatypical), will allow the\u00a0<\/span>company to establish itself as a responsible business partner,\u00a0<\/span>one that cares about the environment and all its customers.<\/span><\/div><\/div>

Produkty, kt\u00f3re zostan\u0105 wprowadzone w wyniku realizacji projektu to system inkluzywnych i innowacyjnych akustycznych mebli skrzyniowych oraz paneli akustycznych, uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105cy potrzeby os\u00f3b neuror\u00f3\u017cnorodnych.<\/li>
      3. Zakupione zostan\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c us\u0142ugi marketingowe niezb\u0119dne do wdro\u017cenia strategii wzorniczej.<\/li>
      4. W projekcie zaplanowano r\u00f3wnie\u017c zakup nowych \u015brodk\u00f3w trwa\u0142ych \u2013 pionowego centrum wiertarskiego i pilarki panelowej.<\/li>
