We are proud to showcase our recent project with Marleigh Primary School in Cambridge. As one of our key clients, Westcountry Group approached us to work on a unique teacher/storage wall installation for the school’s classrooms. The project involved creating made-to-measure walls for each classroom, complete with sliding whiteboard doors and brightly coloured Gratnells tray storage.
Our talented team at 2020 Furniture Design collaborated with Westcountry Group to bring their design vision to life. The team selected a beautiful concrete MFC from Egger for the feature plinths and capping, which contrasted beautifully with the white storage and the colourful feature panels from Kronospan. The result was a stunning and practical storage solution that exceeded the client’s expectations.
The success of the project has led to plans to replicate the teacher/storage walls in other new build schools in 2023 and beyond. We are thrilled to have been part of this exciting project and look forward to working with Westcountry Group on more innovative solutions for schools and other institutions.
